They are constantly exploring new ground and trying new techniques of the craftsmanship of jewelry making. You will marvel at their talent as you survey the unique handmade designs, castings, and settings that they have coupled with the fine diamonds and beautiful colored gems in their creations. Precious metals and gemstones' prices are always fluctuating, but the Massoud family is keeping their modest prices always down in appreciation to their old and new customers. The Massoud family prides itself on being craftsmen and artisans, rather than salespeople. Their vast knowledge and the generations of experience in designing and manufacturing for the jewelry industry have made them giants in the field. "Before any of our work is displayed, we have to be pleased with it," says Michel Massoud. "We're very fussy; we pride ourselves on customer satisfaction as well as our uniqueness. At Massoud's, everything is possible, not like at the mall or other bigger-sized stores where the salesperson's only goal is their commissions, and their knowledge about workmanship is almost nil," he adds with a resolute expression that reflects the sincerity of his statement.
